My name is Jennifer Barrirero , I began my activity at Bioimplants Laboratory being a student of Bioengineering . Once the title, and under the scientific exchange agreement between FIUNER and the Georg -August- Universität Göttingen , Germany, I was able to make a training in research in that institution.
With this background and the support received within the laboratory , I am currently doing a Masters in Materials Science and Engineering ( AMASE - Advanced Materials Science and Engineering) supported by the system of grants for Erasmus Mundus European Community . This financial assistance program is aimed at people in third world countries who are interested in porsgrado studies .
The magister pursuades , as well as the technical and engineering practice, an international integration and intercultural learning target. This is why it is taught in a framework for cooperation between different European universities. It lasts two years and each student must choose and attend his study in at least two different universities. In my case, for example: UdS - Universität des Saarlandes (Saarbrücken , Germany) and UPC - Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (Barcelona , Spain) .
I consider this experience extremely fruitful from every point of view, and that is why I wanted to publish it, to encourage other students or close graduating students to seek opportunities of this kind, which exist and are within the reach of our hands.
